Core Competency and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred
- Ability to work with all levels of management and personnel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to complete all LMS training classes regarding Accounts Receivable
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts receivables for each business
- Review and approve aging’s for each business; monitoring and reporting trends and areas of risk
- Oversee and approve all requests for credit lines and payment terms for customers
- Improve overall collections process: including collection calls, legal process and collection letters
- Coordinate with outside legal on all write offs
- Ensure customer credit files are efficiently maintained always
- Prepare weekly and monthly AR reporting such as; AR balances, over 60 days and average collection days
- Manage daily customer credit queue
- Make AR calls and ensure an efficient amount of collection calls are being made across all businesses
- Supervise accounting staff on collections calls
- Work with personnel across departments and provide AR and credit training
